1834 wreck of English brig which stranded on the Whiting Sand en route from Stockton-on-Tees to London. Constructed of wood, she was a sailing vessel.
Status: Casualty

`Yarmouth 22nd January - The RIDLEY...was driven on the Whiting Sand yesterday morning and it is feared will be wrecked. Crew saved.' (2)
