Full Description
1817 wreck of English cargo vessel which stranded on the Knoll Sand on her passage with coal; a wooden sailing vessel.
Status: Casualty
`On the 5th inst. the CLIO, of Sunderland, coal laden, was lost on the Knowle, near Lowestoffe. Crew saved.' (1)
