Full Description
1916 wreck of a British cargo vessel, which foundered after detonating a mine laid by the German submarine UC 4. The TERGESTEA was originally an Austro-Hungarian vessel, requisitioned by the Admiralty. She was a steel-hulledsteamer, en route from the Tyne to London with a cargo of coal.See 912694 for the site of her possible remains.

Everett and Newbigin, as managers.
