Full Description
1815 wreck of English cargo vessel which was wrecked following a collision with the North Pier at Southwold on her arrival from Sunderland; a wooden sailing vessel.
Status: Casualty
`The ANN, Downing, of Yarmouth, from Sunderland to Southwold, struck against the north pier at the latter port, on the 13th inst. and was wrecked. Part of the cargo saved.' (1)
