1772 wreck of craft which stranded at Benacre; a wooden sailing vessel.

`Yarmouth, Jan.22: On Thursday morning last, in a hard gale of wind, the following ships were lost, or stranded, on the coasts of Norfolk and Suffolk...The PHENIX, Brodrick, master, lost off Benacre.' (1)
