Vessel stranded and lost in wind conditions ESE force 10 accompanied by thick snow squalls. (1)

`Yarmouth, 28th December - ...The following vessels were also driven ashore at the same time...the JULIANA (galliot), Withers, of and for Wells, from Goole, with coals and salt.' (2)

`Lowestoft, 29th December - One of the vessels reported yesterday as on shore near Corton proves to be the JULIANA, Nichols, of and for Wells from Shields; she has become a total wreck, crew saved.' (3)
