SCHOONER, 1809
Status: Casualty
`On Friday morning a most violent gale of wind at about south was experienced. The following accounts are received of its effects on the coast...a schooner with coals, and a Keel Sloop, were driven on shore near Corton. Several vessels in Corton Bay were dismasted.' (1)(2)
