`Yarmouth, Dec. 29. The MARY ANN, Burkett, of Sunderland, bound for London, will be a wreck.' (3)

`Yarmouth, January 4. Tuesday, between 10 and 11 o'clock, a coble, in which were four Corton men, and four men who had been lately wrecked on the beach, proceeded to sea for the purpose of obtaining a passage for the shipwrecked men, on board some vessel bound to the north, from whence they came. They soon fell in with a brig, on which they intended taking their passage; a rope was thrown them, which was caught by one of the men in the boat, and they held it for some little time, when the brig made so much way, that the coble was drawn under water, when the whole eight were instantly immersed in the sea, and three of them drowned. The three men lost were the unfortunate ones who were recently wrecked in the MARY ANN, of Sunderland.' (4)
