Full Description

A number of intersecting field boundaries, chiefly rectilinear. One or two curving lengths of ditch, and one semi-circular, possibly suggesting a ring ditch (S1).
A number of possible field boundaries of unknown date are visible as cropmarks of linear ditches on an aerial photograph, centred on TM 18753811 to the north of Kennels Wood in Woolverstone parish. The linear ditches do not appear to form a coherent pattern although some do intersect suggesting possible field boundaries. The possible ring ditch mentioned above appears to be natural but it is difficult to be certain from this photograph alone (S1). (S2)
