Full Description

Small moat shown on 1841 map (S2)(R2). Unoccupied, isolated, rectangular. Close to Hall Farm. Shown on 1841 (S2)(R2) and 1880 maps (R3). 1981: Moat, site of only (S1)(R1). Presumably destroyed by ploughing. November 1993: Many musket balls and pottery (date?) noted (S3).
