Full Description
Moat. Part only. Form uncertain. N side of Gulling Green. Three sides (N, E & S) shown on 1845 tithe map (S1).
Shown on Thomas Warren's map of 1739 as rectangular moat surrounding double winged mansion named as 'The Parsonage', with the green (Gurny's) to front enclosing a large rectangular pond in front of the moat (now within 'Brockley Place' boundary)(S2). Parsonage structure now gone.
July 2004: HER map amended to exclude exterior pond (within Green BKY 016).
