Full Description

Boulder 1.4m x 1.0m x 1.0m; no working on surface and no shaft socket. Suggested natural (R1).
Listed (DOE Grade 2) as base of cross.
Note: this was named as 'Stone Cross' on the 1816 Enclosure award map (Suffolk Records Office Bury) marking a sub-rectangular area SE of road, probably relating to the green name Stonecross Green.
