Full Description
Blade of a bronze socketed axe, 5.2cm long x 4.2cm wide. Metal detected on (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Donated by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) to Moyses Hall Museum. Stonebridge Field not on Horringer Tithe map, however note `Stonebridge Belt' at (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) approximately (in Hardwick parish) and Stonebridge Farm at (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) (in Bury St Edmunds parish).
