Full Description
Scatter of metalwork between (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) found metal detecting. Includes a possible pinhead fragment, square with punched dot and circle decoration - could be LSax? Shell shaped lead ampulla fragment; bronze purse frame inscribed 'DEO''HONOR'; knife chape (PMed?), buckle etc; one Rom coin, Tetricus II, AD 270-273 (S1).
1990: Double sided C13 lead seal matrix, pointed oval shape, thin with unpierced lug at one end. Inscribed with (translated) `the seal of Sarra the heir of Warin' (side 1) and `the seal of Mabel the heir of Warin' side 2. Details in (S2).
