Full Description

Ring ditch, small, circa 10m diameter. Close to larger ring ditch, TYN 037, and three other small ring ditches, TYN 039-041, field system, TYN 011, and enclosure, TYN 042 (S1).
A ring ditch of circa 10 metres diameter, probably the remains of a small Bronze Age barrow, can be seen on air photographs as a cropmark to the south of Innocence Cottage in Trimley St Martin parish, centred on circa TM27023899. The cropmark of the ditch appears to be 1.5 metres wide or less on available photographs, with a maximum diameter of circa 10 metres. The enclosed area is circa 8 metres in diameter. Three similar sized possible barrows can be seen as ring ditches in the immediate area (TYN 039-041), probably satellites of a large probable barrow circa 7 metres to the north-west (see TYN 037).
