Full Description

Moat, unoccupied, isolated, close parish boundary, complex shape (polygonal and arms) (S1). Marked on OS 1:10560 and OS 1:10000 1984 so should be OS record and survey for it.

A sub-rectangular homestead moat, waterfilled, and measuring overall circa 65.0m NE to SW, by circa 55.0m transversely. The arms average circa 7.0m in width, and there are probably contemporary extensions from the NW and SE arms. There is no trace of a structure within the close woodland and scrub interior (S2).
