Full Description
PMed tile kiln on Thrandeston Meadow, Hill Farm, on parish boundary, found by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) on bank of stream. Basil Brown investigated and reported find of Med ? tile kiln with layers of tiles banked up and much burnt clay. PMed pottery found nearby, 4 sherds at SAU (S1)(S2).
Basil Brown described pottery as "Tudor" but it is PMed (S3).
