Full Description
Circa 1937: Rom coin, probably Hadrian (AD 117-138), found in field W of Sandpit House by H J Self, possibly on line of ancient track, reported to OS by Basil Brown (S1)(S2)(R1).
16 May 1954: Rom coin, Faustina, senior wife of Antoninus Pius (AD 141), much worn, found on field SE of Calke Wood. Included in this site but could be any field between here and Calke Wood (S3).
