Full Description

Bronze basal looped spearhead with lozenge sectioned blade mid-rib. Extensive hammer marks beside mid-rib. Slight edge bevel apparent in places. Slight damage probably recent. Fragment of wood in socket. Length 17.85 cms (S6).

Group I basal looped spearhead of late MBA to LBA I (S4). Wood in socket identified by BSEMH as `probably oak' (S6,S9). Found after ploughing (S5, S6,S9,S10).
