Full Description

Lead seal matrix found in the Toppesfield area of Hadleigh, with a metal detector (S1). The matrix is a flat rough oval, with a central fleur-de-lys and surrounding inscription: SIGILL'ALEXANDRI DE TOPES (...) - `the seal of Alexander de Topes (feld ?).
