Full Description
Bronze coin, `AE2 of Constantius II, figure on prow of galley, Trier mint, AD 346-350'. ... `Found where a bank had been dug away' (S1,S2). Cited grid reference, TL 759 864 (S1,S2) appears to be within a large field - bank?
Findspot marked on (S3) at TL 7592 8653 is probably correct. This lies on edge of field beside `chalk road' at a position marked as a triangulation point on the map.
