Full Description

Large group of bronze objects - decorated belt plates, belt fittings, enamelled gilded pendant, dress fastener, coin weights, keys - and coins of Henry & Edward, found metal detecting (S1).
Also a bird-shaped belt fitting, ? date (??Rom or Sax?).
(see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s): Shield-shaped horse harness pendant bearing the Bigod arms (a lion passant or) quartering azure a fesse dancetty (S2)(S3). (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s): 5 long cross pennies, 3 of Edward, 2 of Henricus, found metal detecting by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(S2).
Finds include PMed items and spread across southern half of field (see Portable Antiquity Scheme entries).
Also note Med pot scatter on west side (DBN 047).
