Monument record SOL 020 - Site of possible ring ditch, Waveney Grange Farm

Summary
A circular cropmark, measuring approximately 40m in diameter and of unknown date, was identified on aerial photographs. It lies in close proximity to a second possible ring ditch (SHER SOL 021) and others in the area (SHER SOL 022). A more recent survey of aerial photographs of the area has reinterpreted both SOL 020 and SOL 021 as photo blemishes rather than archaeological features. The archaeological origin of SOL 022 is also doubtful.

Circular cropmark, circa 40m in diameter, very close proximity to ring ditch SOL 021 & others in close proximity (S1).
November 2013. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
The circular cropmark described above, visible on (S2), is a photo blemish. It does not represent an archaeological feature.
