Full Description

May 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
An area of possible World War Two practice trenches are visible on aerial photographs on land to the north and south of Mill Lane, Wrentham.
Further practice trenches are visible to the west (SHER WRE 038) and a pillbox has been recorded to the north (SHER WRE 039), however the poor quality of the available photographs made it difficult to discern for certain the nature of the possible activity identified here.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 8th May 2014.
