Full Description
May 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
Cropmarks and soilmarks of an undated field system are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S5) on land to the south of Hall Farm cottages, Benacre. It is possible that the ditches on differing alignments represent a multi-period site, and it is also possible that there is an area of possible pits located towards the centre of the site, although these features could be geological in nature.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 20th May 2014.
