Pillbox type 22 or 24 (S1). Visible on OS mastermap.

July 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
A probable World War Two type 22 pillbox is visible on aerial photographs (S2) on land to the north of the Hundred River, Rushmere. It may have been sited to defend the Hundred River to the south, along with two other structures (SHER RMR 019 and RMR 020).
