Summary

The site of former World War Two type 22 pillbox, a large earthen covered sub-surface air raid shelter and either military huts or surface air raid shelters are visible on aerial photographs. These features are located alongside of the wider system of defences recorded under LWT 045.

The site of former World War Two type 22 pillbox, a large earthen covered sub-surface air raid shelter and either military huts or surface air raid shelters are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These features are located alongside of the wider system of defences recorded under LWT 045.
