The presence of multiple ring ditches and former barrow mounds within this area, for example BLN 004, BLN 009, BLN 017, BLN 035 is likely to indicate a Bronze Age round barrow cemetery predating the fields and enclosures (BLN 047, BLN 048) in this area. Although that some or all of them could feasibly relate to domestic or agricultural enclosures associated with the enclosures and fields.

The presence of multiple ring ditches and former barrow mounds within this area, for example BLN 004, BLN 009, BLN 017, BLN 035 is likely to indicate a Bronze Age round barrow cemetery predating the fields and enclosures (BLN 047, BLN 048) in this area.
