Full Description
A possible oyster pit or 'borrow' pit, of unknown date, is visible in saltmarsh on the south side of the River Alde (TM 42225688). The saltmarsh is eroded and it is possible that there were other pits associated at one stage. (S1)
Initially numbered as IKN 022 during pilot survey of intertial area. Re-numbered Nov 2004
