Full Description

Straight, narrow ridge and furrow, of unknown date, visible as earthworks in fields east of Iken Church in 1945 (around TM 420565)(S1); by 1972, the fields are being ploughed (S2). The ridge and furrow may well actually be an attempt to help drain this reclaimed land, and not a result of cultivation.
