Full Description

A number of short ditches or trenches visible as earthworks in the corner of the field between the sea defence bank and the road. Some of the pits are fairly regular and aligned in rows, although there are also a number of more incoherent earthworks. They may be related to some sort of extraction, possibly peat. (S1) (S2)
