Full Description

Two areas of raised ground with visible entrances can be seen on Battery Green Road on 1941 aerial photographs (S1). Between the 2 features, which would appear to be air raid shelters, is a rectilinear structure, presumably associated with the shelters. The features are still clearly visible on aerial photographs from 1944 (S2).
