Full Description

An area of ridge & furrow, at least 130m long by c 100m wide, can be seen as an earthwork on aerial photographs from 1945 (S1). The ridge and furrow seems likely to date from the post medieval period, as it is relatively straight and regular, with the furrows c 4m across. It seems to be overlain by a trackway and the WWII anti-tank ditch (DUN 043).
