Full Description
A number of World War II slit trenches are visible as earthworks, centred on TM 29483387, behind buildings on Langer Road, Felixstowe, on aerial photographs taken in 1941. The trenches vary from just under 1m to just over 10m in length and are mainly v-shaped. The trenches were probably dug by the military for practice purposes. They are no longer visible by 1944. (S1)
