Purse bar found on the same site as circa 27 Elizabeth I coins (not seen). Also copper alloy 'sphere' with three cut out circles between foliate decoration and 'Tudor' rose- strap junction?

Large flint core, snapped blade and flake probably from platform gunflint production of late C18/C19.

Post-medieval coins and metalwork recovered whilst metal detecting. Includes buttons, coins, finger ring, jetton and lead weight. Also an Iron Age terret fragment.

Contractors tunnelling under road encountered a group of post medieval artefacts at a depth of 4m.

Tree-lined avenue leading from Friston Hall (FRS 048) to Snape Race Ground/Course (SNP Misc) - shown (from TM 40536021 to TM 40845823) on maps of 1753, 1783 & (incompletely) on later maps. Now no longer tree lined, and incomplete.

Massive (circa 44 yards long) building shown on enclosure map of 1824 (S1).

A possible witch bottle was presented to Moyses Hall Museum in 1984. Formerly recorded as SBN MISC
