Monitoring identified earlier floor surfaces one constructed of flint and some brick and the second, constructed of compacted chalk.

Monitoring revealed one undated chalk surface and the foundation of a granary barn. A historic building survey of the existing granary was also carried out prior to its conversion and extension.
