Fieldwalking for Fenland survey in March 1987 revealed remains of a burnt flint patch of approximately 25m diameter centreing on TL 6966 7907 on field surface (between rows of young carrots)(S1).

A small concentration of post-holes within the north-eastern corner of the site were likely to be of post-medieval date.
