Description
Watching Brief on conversion of building. Site was visited to inspect a series of footings excavated within the existing building.
A second visit was made to observe footings excavated across the front of the former shop. It was not possible to closely examine the revealed soil profile as due to the extreme depth, and even with shoring it was not possible to get too close to the edge.
