Description
An archaeological excavation of 0.37ha was undertaken within a walled former garden in the grounds of Culford School, Culford, Suffolk, ahead of the construction of a new sports pitch. Archaeological evidence for prehistoric, Roman and post-medieval activity had previously been identified by trail trench evaluation.
