Description
Watching brief on small drainage trench, hand dug from NW corner of tower, SW to ditch near road, trench 20cm wide by 35cm deep, into clayey top soil withy peg tile and fragments of 19th and 20th century pottery. Some small bone fragements (possibly human). No other finds or features, minimal disturbance to churchyard.
