Description

Archaeological monitoring was carried out on three test pits excavated to check on indications of water ingress on the walls and floors. The three test pits measured 1m by 1m and were closely inspected as they were hand excavated. The test pits were excavated to a maximum depth of 1.5m. The test pits revealed a later post medieval roughly lane brick floor.
