Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on a soil strip covering c.90sqm. The monitoring was carried Demolition of a modern brick wall was undertaken prior to the strip. The surface was cleaned and excavated towards then excavated towards the street frontage. Features dating from the 15th century and later were identified during the monitoring. Engineering trial pits were also monitored (S1).
