Site Event/Activity record ESF25762 - Excavation? County Hall, Ipswich

Excavation was recommended and carried out after Evaluation in 2007 (see SCCAS Report No 2007/109 ESF19425). No further details other than an email to recommend excavation required under the western wing and light monitoring of groundworkds under the nothern and eastern wings. A report has not been found, however, an illustration of the excavation trench shows the ditch and other features. A report by Sue Anderson was written on "Human Skeletal Remains from County Hall, Ipswich" (S1).
