Description
Evaluation trenching for a single dwelling and cart lodge development. Four trenches were excavated; two measuring 10.00m x 1.80m, one measuring 16.00m x 1.80m, and one measuring 20.00m x 1.80m. Natural geology was encountered at c.0.20-0.25m depth. No archaeological features were encountered and only a few stray finds of late post-medieval and modern dates were found, likely resulting from manuring scatters.
