Description
Archaeology South-East was commissioned by CgMs Consulting Ltd. to undertake an archaeological watching brief during the development of land at Rendham Road, Saxmundham, Suffolk. The work comprised the monitoring of topsoil stripping across areas of the site, no archaeological finds or features were encountered. Topsoil was averaged to a depth of 0.37m across site and was monitored to the natural geological horizon. No archaeological features were observed during the development work.
