Description
Heritage Impact Assessment report offers an appraisal of the impact of the proposed works at Brook Hall Farm on the primary heritage receptors. These are the Grade II-listed farmhouse and
surrounding historic buildings, which include a seventeenth-century Suffolk threshing barn, nineteenth-century southern barn extensions, a nineteenth-century bungalow and workshop range, and a nineteenthcentury structure that is now in use as a bull pen. In doing so, it takes account of the historic development and heritage values of the study site, which have been established in an earlier Statement of Significance report by the same authors. Both adverse and beneficial impacts are assessed.
