Full Description
Church. A church is listed at Boulge in Domesday Book. "The small restored church is of E(arly) E(nglish) origin and has a red-brick tower of later date. Note... the massive C13 (purbeck) font...(and)... Royal Arms of William III carved in wood." William III arms stolen 1971 (S1)(S2). In grounds of Boulge Hall - BOU 008.
