Full Description

Church of St Mary. Norman S doorway, early C16 brick W tower surmounted by exotic 1897 work. Simple hammer-beam nave roof (S1).
Apparently "a few years ago" re-decoration inside the church revealed traces of wall paintings, apparently not reported or photographed. Not certain whether destroyed or covered over - redecoration carried out unofficially for a wedding! (S2)
