Full Description
1989: Sceatta, porcupine type, ?derived G, Intermediate series, found metal detecting (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(find 473)(S1).
1990: Plot of Sax finds from Barham 16 includes 15 coins and 22 other objects (S2).
Barham 016/018 represents a Middle Saxon 'productive' site.
1991: Fieldwalking finds include 1 hand-made ?ESax sherd and 2 Ipswich ware (S4).
Further sceatta, Woden monster type obv & provincial rev (c 700) found metal detecting (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(find 563)(S3).
Find 292 Enamelled brooch of Heiligenfibel type (S5).
1993: Bronze small oval buckles, two; bronze strap end with small knob terminal; bronze strip, possibly bracelet fragment with dot and ring decoration (S6).
April 1993: Silver sceat, Frisian, dating to c.700/15 found metal detecting (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) (S7).
2005: BRH 016/018 - detector finds of Sceatta (cf North 79) of type Series L (730-760) and a Merovingian tremisses (of circa 500-675) - details in (S8 - Early Medieval Coin Index).
