Full Description

1964-1987: Thin scatter of Mesolithic? worked flint, characteristically patinated bluish/white, found fieldwalking by Colin Pendleton. Finds include notched blade (catalogue no. E30), backed blade (E133) and microlith (E167)(S1).

April 1986: Also four microliths found.

Further Mesolithic flints in most surrounding fields.

Also Neolithic & Bronze Age records.
